Introducing the Renaissance Park Connectivity Master Plan
King of Prussia District is pleased to present the final report generated from the Renaissance Park Connectivity Study.
The Connectivity Master Plan outlines recommended pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular improvements and connections between commercial properties within the corporate park and nearby residential neighborhoods. New bike lanes, sidewalks, sharrows (roadway specifically promoting shared use by automobiles and cyclists), a roundabout and multimodal trails make up the bulk of the recommended improvements. Some additional proposed concepts include building public parklets, programming special events and installing outdoor art.
With stakeholder input, the Master Plan was completed by the consultant team of Simone Collins Landscape Architecture and Traffic Planning and Design. The recommendations in this report speak to a rapidly growing Renaissance Park community and seek to provide better multimodal connections within, and around, the corporate park. King of Prussia District looks forward to partnering with stakeholders to move these recommendations forward.
