Position Overview

King of Prussia is experiencing unprecedented economic growth and urban transformation with over $9 billion in development projects and CRE transactions since 2010, including mixed-use projects, multifamily housing and retail expansion. King of Prussia District plays a critical role in guiding and supporting this transformation. We are now seeking a dedicated and skilled Placemaking Manager to lead physical improvement and transportation projects, oversee design and construction operations and manage the maintenance of public enhancements throughout the District. This full-time position will report to the Director of Capital Projects and Planning and collaborate closely with internal staff and external partners. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and project management capabilities, a background in landscape and site design, landscape maintenance and construction, and a hands-on, team-oriented approach. This is a small, fast-paced organization that values initiative, creativity and a good sense of humor. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively to help shape the future of King of Prussia.
