Moore Road Trail Final Design
King of Prussia District, in partnership with Upper Merion Township, is now accepting competitive technical and price proposals from responsible design teams consisting of Civil Engineers and Landscape Architects licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to produce necessary studies, preliminary design, final design and bid documents for the Moore Road Multimodal Trail, including all necessary agency coordination and permitting for roadway and trail improvements outlined in the 2023 Moore Road Multimodal Trail and Linear Park Study.

Recharge Park Construction Project
King of Prussia District, in partnership with Upper Merion Township and Brandywine Realty Trust, is excited to announce the Recharge Park Construction Project RFP is open to bid by qualified contractors. This new multi-use open space will include hardscape seating area, paved food truck grotto, seating boulders, Zen rock garden, drainage improvements and underground piping, trees and perennial planting beds, along with solar powered lighting.

Now Hiring: Public Landscapes Manager
Position Overview
King of Prussia is experiencing unprecedented economic growth and urban transformation with over $9 billion in development projects and CRE transactions since 2010, including mixed-use projects, multifamily housing and retail expansion. King of Prussia District plays a critical role in guiding and supporting this transformation.
We are now seeking a dedicated and skilled Public Landscapes Manager to lead physical improvement and transportation projects, oversee design and construction operations and manage the maintenance of public enhancements throughout the District. This fulltime position will report to the Director of Capital Projects and Planning and collaborate closely with internal staff and external partners.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and project management capabilities, a background in landscape and site design, landscape maintenance and construction, and a hands-on, teamoriented approach. This is a small, fast-paced organization that values initiative, creativity and a good sense of humor. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively to help shape the future of King of Prussia.
