Received over $5.7M in grants

Since our founding, King of Prussia District has received over $5.7M in local, state and federal grant funding for transportation projects, the First Avenue Linear Park and the First Avenue Road Diet.

Rewrote outdated zoning codes

King of Prussia District worked with UMT to rewrite the outdated zoning code and subdivision and land development ordinance to create a code that will lead to a more active district where people can live, work and play. The new mixed-use King of Prussia business park zoning promotes institutional quality, mixed-use development.

Established signature events for the organization

King of Prussia District produces King of Prussia Restaurant Week & KOP Shops for CHOP, Food Truck Tuesdays, First Responders Appreciation Week, KOP Wellness Week & Wellness Wednesdays, KOP Takes Out Hunger Food Drive & Igloo Garden on the Green, a Business Networking series and several additional pop-ups and activations. Past events include our award winning KOP Beerfest Royale, Rock your Lunch Summer Concert Series and Yoga Happy Hour.
