Renaissance Park Connectivity Study
After a competitive bid process, King of Prussia District awarded the Renaissance Park Connectivity Study to the consultant team of Simone Collins Landscape Architecture and Traffic Planning and Design. The scope of work includes a connectivity master plan to link the commercial and proposed residential properties in Renaissance Park with a multi-modal trail network.
With stakeholder input, the design team will soon provide a refined blueprint outlining bike and pedestrian connections between Renaissance Park properties and public transportation infrastructure, that creates a safe pedestrian network throughout the mixed-use district. The master plan will show proposed improvements to connectivity and recommendations for lighting, street furniture and art in the landscape. It will also include stormwater management opportunities and other important site elements. These proposed features will complement the diverse mix of Renaissance Park properties, which includes proposed multifamily developments, existing commercial office properties, manufacturing and warehouse buildings, restaurants, lab space, service retail and childcare facilities.
The consultant team will soon reach out to business park property owners to gather input for the initial concept plan. If you are a property owner in Renaissance Park or would like to receive updates on the study, please email Chris Basler.
