Qlik to move HQ to King of Prussia

Qlik, a data analytics company, has signed a 10-year lease on 62,000 square feet and will relocate its headquarters to King of Prussia from Radnor.
The company will move into 211 S. Gulph Road later this year. Qlik has about 300 employees that will relocate. Qlik started out in about 12,000 square feet at 150 Radnor-Chester Road in 2005 and has grown to a total of 64,000 square feet.
The company’s search for new space took it to West Conshohocken where it considered 100/200 Four Falls as well as 300 Four Falls. It ultimately decided to move to the Gulph Road building where it will be on one floor and proximity of the King of Prussia Town Center and the King of Prussia Mall. The landlord plans to do extensive renovations to the Gulph Road building including incorporating two outdoor gathering areas that will have fire pits.
