O’Neill Properties Group sold 2701 Renaissance Blvd., a 123,500-square-foot office building in King of Prussia, for $24 million to Apex Financial Advisors of Yardley. Aside from O’Neill, MedRisk and the Dagit Group make their headquarters in the building. “It’s a good time to sell a few buildings and make a few bucks. We spent enough time not making money and now we are,” said J. Brian O’Neill, who runs the real estate company. O’Neill added that the company has a mature portfolio of assets and that is beginning to sell off some properties to “strengthen our balance sheet.”
