Now Open: Saigon Eats
Bubble tea, bahn mi, vermicelli and pho-is your mouth watering yet?
These popular and delicious Vietnamese dishes that will transport you across the ocean are now right around the corner, with the opening of Saigon Eats at King of Prussia Mall! It all started with Kim Tran and Dan Dieu immigrating to South Philadelphia, bringing their passion for Vietnamese cuisine and a dream of opening a successful restaurant.
In 2020, Kim and Dan’s children, Kim and Troy Dieu co-founded Mi ‘N Tea to bring together two family favorites: traditional Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches and fresh-brewed Taiwanese bubble tea. With their parents’ combined 15 years in the restaurant industry, and their own expertise, Mi ‘N Tea was truly a family effort and the realization of a dream shared by two generations. Saigon Eats is the newest addition to their story. This new brand expands the culinary offerings of Mi ‘N Tea, bringing you even more incredible flavors and mind-blowing bites. Every dish tells a story, and every sip is filled with the essence of culinary heritage.
