Now Open: Spread Bagelry

Nothing hits the spot like a freshly baked bagel – whether you’re headed into work and want to treat yourself, or are feeling a little worse for wear after a particularly wild happy hour. Luckily, one of KOP Town Center’s newest tenants is ready to help! Enter Spread Bagelry, which opened its doors in KOP in January and has been churning out delicious Montreal-style bagels and spreading the love ever since.

Founded in Philadelphia in 2010, Spread now has 10 locations, with KOP being its newest addition. Spread uses farm-fresh ingredients and boils their bagels in honey water prior to baking in a wood-fired oven, creating that distinctively Montreal-style flavor and texture. While known for incredible breakfast sandwiches and cream cheese spreads, Spread also offers a variety of lunch sandwiches and caters both for breakfast and lunch.
