Gone are the days of the stiff, uncomfortable dress shirt with no breathability, the itchy collar, the bulky feel under a sweater or vest. What started in 2021 as founder Justin Baer’s goal to design a traditional collared shirt look combined with the comfort of a polo has now expanded into a full line of professional men and women’s wear. TikTok helped this company go viral initially, with a single video causing all shirts to sell-out in a single day. But it was after appearing on Shark Tank and striking a deal with a couple high-profile investors that Collars & Co. saw a 300% boost in online traffic and doubled its sales, allowing for the company to continue to grow and expand. They just began opening brick-and-mortar stores this year and have plans to continue to grow their presence.
