King of Prussia District marked its 10th year in operation as a business improvement organization, and in that time the face of the Upper Merion community has dramatically changed as a result of $3 billion in development across the retail, institutional, office, multifamily and industrial sectors.
Those projects have so far produced roughly 2,500 new for-sale and rental residential units, a $150 million expansion of the King of Prussia Mall, a $52 million, 316,000-square-foot FedEx distribution center and the 260,000-square-foot King of Prussia Town Center.
More development is underway that will continue to round out the community’s offerings.
