This week, join Dub Fitness for HIIT! Workout begins at 5 PM. BYO mat, water and resistance bands (if you’ve got them!)
Dub’s HIIT class features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises paired with active recovery. In this HIIT workout, increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance and work your entire body with challenging moves.

Participants will receive a swag bag of goodies and have an opportunity to chat with businesses from KOP’s health and wellness community and sponsors of KOP Wellness Wednesdays.
