Now Open: Gaucho’s Prime
King of Prussia’s eclectic dining scene continues to grow with Gaucho’s Prime opening in the former home of Ruth’s Chris Steak House!
Gaucho’s is a Brazilian steakhouse, serving 18 tender cuts of meat from its open-concept kitchen and featuring a sprawling salad bar with 60 dishes and an array authentic side dishes. What goes better with steak than wine? Gaucho’s boasts an incredible wine list featuring 150 wines from around the world. You also won’t want to miss their cocktail list featuring Brazilian favorite, the Caipirinha. KOP’s newest restaurant seats around 370 guests and offers private event space for up to 200 people.
Named after the traditional cowboys of Brazil, this is the second Gaucho’s Prime location for Brazilian-born owner Anderson Winck. Determined to bring the outdoors in, Winck added several large windows to the 10,000 SF restaurant, and has plans to install a small patio and fire pit at a later date. An estimated $1.6M went into the buildout of the restaurant, which will employ around 70 people. Winck is setting his sights on a Worcester, Massachusetts for the third location for Gaucho’s Prime, with plans for additional locations across the US over the next few years.
