After opening Kooma is West Chester in 2001, followed by Kooma in King of Prussia in 2020, Scott Kim and John Jang’s newest brain child is 360 Chicken, opened in June of 2023. Their name is derived from their secret to delicious fried chicken: 360 degrees. This is the ideal frying temperature that ensures every bite is irresistibly crispy and tender. Embracing an innovative approach, 360 Chicken utilizes state-of-the-art robot fryers to maintain consistency in their offerings. In addition to the perfect Korean fried chicken, 360 Chicken also offers an impressive and refreshing selection of bubble teas.
