King of Prussia District’s 2024 Board of Directors

At the end of last year, we said goodbye to one of our founding board members and friends, Jeff DeVuono of Brandywine Realty Trust. Jeff made countless contributions to our organization and community and we are so grateful for his support through the years. In 2024, King of Prussia District is pleased to announce that Kathy Sweeney-Pogwist from Brandywine Realty Trust was elected to serve on our Board of Directors!

Kathy is the Senior Vice President of Leasing in PA for Brandywine Realty Trust, overseeing Pennsylvania suburban assets, and has been with the company since 1997. For twenty years, Kathy has been leasing Brandywine’s properties in King of Prussia and has been focused on the success of the King of Prussia region. She has been actively involved as a member of the Physical Improvements Committee for King of Prussia District and has participated as a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. of Philadelphia, PWC Philadelphia, NAIOP and has been involved with Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council, Inc. She currently serves as a board member for Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, GVF, which advocates for investment in Transportation Demand Management and Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School in Drexel Hill, PA. Kathy holds real estate licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and she received her B.S. degree from West Chester University.

2024 also marks the first time that King of Prussia District’s Board Chair position is held by a resident and employee in Upper Merion Township. Cheryl Gebeline-Myers, Vice President of Operations at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, now serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors.
