2026 Community Survey Insights: Key Takeaways
King of Prussia District has released its 2026 Community Survey Insights Report, sharing how residents, employees, visitors and business owners experience King of Prussia, their priorities for the future and their awareness of District programs.
The survey ran from April 6 through April 30, 2026 and received 890 responses. Building on our 2024 Community Engagement Study with Connect the Dots, this year’s results help us track how perceptions are changing.
Here are five key takeaways:
- We heard from a variety of people with connections to King of Prussia. Half of respondents identified as residents, 31% as employees, 27% as visitors and 3% as business owners. Some belonged to more than one group.
- People feel positive about King of Prussia. 91% of respondents feel safe, 85% rate the community as clean and 68% believe King of Prussia is heading in a positive direction.
- King of Prussia is part of many respondents’ regular routines. More than 70% visit daily or several times a week. Shopping (84%) and dining (83%) are the leading reasons people visit, followed by parks and trails (42%).
- Making it easier and safer to get around King of Prussia is a top priority. Improved traffic flow was the most selected community improvement at 55%, followed by better walkability, sidewalks and trails at 39%. Respondents also called for better transit service and bicycle connections.
- Awareness of King of Prussia District is growing. 68% of respondents are familiar with the District, up from 63% in 2024. Events, marketing campaigns and landscaping are its most recognized activities.
King of Prussia District is using this feedback to shape future projects and programs. We also met with Upper Merion Township to share and discuss the findings.
