Join Main Line Health in-person at our King of Prussia Teaching Kitchen to learn about and taste DASH Diet recipes. DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. This diet is designed to be helpful in preventing and managing high blood pressure by focusing on eating a variety of food while limiting sodium. It is also a healthy diet for everyone in the family!
