King of Prussia District Announces Updates to Our Board of Directors

King of Prussia District is excited to announce several changes to our Board of Directors, reflecting our organization’s ongoing commitment to strong leadership and strategic guidance for future projects.
We are pleased to welcome Martha Morales, Vice President & General Manager of Valley Forge Casino Resort, to the Board. Martha brings extensive experience in gaming and resort management, having held key leadership roles at Boyd Gaming and Caesars Entertainment before joining Valley Forge. Her proven skills and leadership will be a valuable asset to the Board. She steps into the role previously held by Ron Bailey, and we’re deeply grateful for the dedication and insight he brought to the Board over the years.
We’re also pleased to welcome James Savard, a Commercial Real Estate Executive at MLP Ventures and licensed attorney, who takes over the seat previously held by Audrey Greenberg. James brings a strong background in commercial real estate and development, with specialization in development strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, and we’re excited to benefit from his expertise.
Our final addition is Alexandrea Amerine, Senior Property Manager for CBRE, Inc. and a distinguished real estate professional renowned for her strategic vision and exceptional leadership in property management. We look forward to having her as a trusted advisor and member of our Board. Alexandrea is taking over for Joseph Mancuso, who stepped down from the Board earlier this year.
Additionally, John Bown III of Industrial Investments, Inc. was elected to the Executive Committee and named Treasurer, where he will play a key role in overseeing the financial stewardship of King of Prussia District. Richard Kubach, our former Treasurer, will remain on the Executive Committee through the end of 2025.
As we welcome new leadership, we also express our heartfelt gratitude to Ron Bailey, Audrey Greenberg, Joseph Mancuso and Michael Brookshier for their commitment and contributions during their time on the Board. Their dedication has had a lasting impact, and we wish them continued success in their future endeavors.
These updates position King of Prussia District for continued growth and success, and we look forward to the expertise and vision our new Board members will bring to our mission.
