A New Gateway Moment for Moore Park
Moore Park now features a bold new welcome.
After winter weather delays, new Moore Park gateway signs were installed in February, marking an exciting milestone in the District’s ongoing efforts to create cohesive, high-quality public spaces that reflect the energy and identity of the neighborhood.
In the beginning phase of the project, King of Prussia District, in collaboration with D2 Groups of King of Prussia, developed a master plan with design guidelines for gateway and wayfinding signage in Moore Park in partnership with property owners. These guidelines established a clear, modern visual identity designed to improve navigation while elevating the overall experience of entering and traveling through Moore Park.
The gateway signs are located at Moore Park’s primary entry points, at each end of First Avenue and at the turn from West Valley Forge Road onto Moore Road. King of Prussia District contracted City Sign Service, Inc. for fabrication and installation, bringing the approved designs to life with craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The new gateway signs reinforce Moore Park’s identity and signal arrival into a district defined by innovation, collaboration and forward momentum.
As we look ahead, Moore Park will soon take part in a nationwide celebration. Later this month, new flags will be installed along First Avenue in recognition of America250, commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States.
With the gateway signage now in place, the next step is to pursue funding to implement the next phase of the wayfinding master plan. These future elements will help further improve navigation throughout Moore Park, making it easier for visitors, employees and residents to move confidently through the area while reinforcing a unified visual identity.
Together, these investments from gateways to wayfinding to seasonal and celebratory enhancements reflect a long-term commitment to creating a welcoming, connected, and vibrant Moore Park.
