Pizzeria Vetri’s outpost at the King of Prussia Mall opens Friday, Oct. 14.
In keeping with the corporate spirit, the parlor is parked amid parent company Urban Outfitters’ shops – Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and Free People – on what used to be the second level of the Court.
This Pizzeria Vetri specializes in square pizzas that are sold by the slice or half-tray. Also on the menu are five rotolo varieties – the snack-size, pizza-ish roll-ups, five salads, and three desserts, once of which is created by chef Kevin Sbraga. Beers (six on draft) plus soft drinks round out the choices.
It’s open mall hours.
