North Italia, a modern Italian restaurant concept by Phoenix-based restaurateur Sam Fox, will fill 140 positions before it makes its Pennsylvania and Philadelphia-area debut in October.
North Italia, among the slew of new restaurants announced earlier this year for King of Prussia will open on Oct. 3, officials at Fox Restaurant Concepts announced Thursday.
The 7,685-square-foot, 306-seat restaurant is located on the lower level of the King of Prussia Mall under the upscale food court Savor.
Before it opens, North Italia officials will host two job fairs to hire 140 employees:
- Sept. 4-8, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Sept. 10-15, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Positions include servers, bartenders, pizza cooks, hosts and hostesses, prep cooks, pastry cooks, line cooks, back servers and dishwashers.
Interested applicants who cannot attend are encouraged to visit North Italia’s website.
The 4,000-employee Fox Restaurant Concepts has 13 brands across seven states, and the King of Prussia North Italia will be its second local restaurant.
Fox first entered Pennsylvania with the health-conscious True Food Kitchen that opened in 2017 just outside the King of Prussia Mall in a 7,000-square-foot, ground-up development.
The King of Prussia North Italia is the first Pennsylvania location for the brand.
North Italia will be open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Its menu includes prosciutto pizza, bolognese, grilled branzino and nonna casserole, among other Italian fare.
