The celebrated chef known for his bold, flavorful Szechuan cuisine has brought his latest outpost to the heart of KOP. Peter Chang King of Prussia marks the chef’s newest venture in a growing portfolio of restaurants that span Virginia, Maryland and beyond.

Peter Chang, a former chef at the Chinese Embassy in Washington, D.C., rose to cult status in the early 2000s for his elusive pop-up appearances and fiery, authentic dishes that had food critics and fans chasing him from city to city. Today, he’s a James Beard-nominated chef with a loyal following and a reputation for modernizing traditional Chinese flavors while staying true to their roots.

The restaurant, located in the Henderson Shopping Center, features a vibrant menu filled with Chang’s signature dishes, like dry-fried eggplant, hot-and-numbing beef and crispy duck, and stylish, contemporary décor that reflects the elegance and intensity of his cuisine.
