The fast-casual Mediterranean sensation, Cava, is now serving its signature build-your-own bowls, pitas and salads, loaded with bold flavor and fresh ingredients. Founded by three childhood friends with Greek roots, Cava opened its first location in Rockville, Maryland in 2011. Today, the brand boasts over 300 restaurants across the US, all rooted in a mission to make healthy food that’s craveable and accessible.

The menu is all about customization.
