King of Prussia Mall Leads Thanksgiving Weekend Visits
Thanksgiving weekend, November 27–30, once again brought an influx of activity to King of Prussia, with King of Prussia Mall welcoming more than 328K visitors.
Black Friday alone drew 170K visits, a 6% increase from last year, making it the busiest shopping day of the year. Shoppers spent an average of 94 minutes inside the mall, with 44% traveling 10–30 miles to get there.
This year, King of Prussia welcomed several exciting new businesses, including Netflix House and Eataly, which helped attract visitors from across the region and beyond with interactive experiences that blend entertainment, food and drink.
Among the most visited locations within the mall:
- Nordstrom: 42,700 visits (+13% from 2025)
- Netflix House: 36,200 visits
- Macy’s: 26,300 visits
According to Placer.ai, King of Prussia Mall continues to lead the state, ranking #1 among all super-regional malls in Pennsylvania with over 14.5M visits in the past 12 months. Nationally, it ranks 17th among all super-regional malls by total visits.
Several nearby shopping centers in King of Prussia also saw significant foot traffic over the holiday weekend:
- King of Prussia Town Center: 69,100 visits
- Valley Forge Shopping Center: 18,100 visits
- Henderson Square: 17,200 visits
- DeKalb Plaza: 8,200 visits
- Courtside Square: 5,500 visits
Over the past decade, King of Prussia’s retail properties have consistently maintained a vacancy rate below 5%. This reflects the strength and resilience of the community’s mix of shopping, dining and entertainment options that have helped retail remain one of the area’s most stable sectors.
