King of Prussia Hosts KOP Wellness Week: February 6-12 Kickoff Workout at KOP Mall: February 5, 11 AM – 1 PM

King of Prussia’s health and wellness businesses and practitioners offer special deals, workouts and events throughout the week.

King of Prussia, PA (January 20, 2023) – King of Prussia’s thriving health and wellness community comes together for the 2^nd annual King of Prussia Wellness Week – seven days of deals, workouts and events that will take your 2023 health goals to the next level.

Produced by King of Prussia District, KOP Wellness Week kicks off with a new event at KOP Mall in the plaza in front of Lord & Taylor on Sunday, Feb. 5 from 11 AM – 1 PM. The free event will feature three 20-minute workouts led by instructors from different KOP gyms, as well as samples and demos from participating businesses within the mall. The workout requires advanced registration here.
