According to Placer.ai data, King of Prussia drew long-distance travelers from across the country. The top three Designated Market Areas (DMAs) of origin in 2024 were:

Accommodations Support the Surge
With 17 hotels and 2,712 rooms, King of Prussia is well equipped to meet growing visitor demand. Hotel occupancy began rising in March and remained strong through November. According to CoStar data, the 12-month average occupancy rate in 2024 was 58.4%.
Hotel performance peaked in May, with an Average Daily Rate (ADR) of $147 and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) of $94. These metrics reflect strong summer tourism demand and a growing appetite for overnight stays.
