Residential and lifestyle options continue to expand near the shopping mecca King of Prussia.
The latest option for renters in already booming King of Prussia Town Center is a flexible-stay residential community called AVE.
The Korman Communities property includes one- and two-bedroom units, which can be rented annually unfurnished or furnished for a shorter term. One-bedroom suites with dedicated living areas and kitchens with custom furniture start at $140 per night. Two-bedroom suites go for $170 and up.
Unfurnished annual rentals start for one-bedrooms at $1,975 per month (and escalate to $2,050). Two-bedroom rentals start at $2,470 and top out at $3,242. Studio rentals are also available.
The new community boasts many of the high-end finishes common to new luxury rentals, including fancy fixtures and finishes as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center that includes group classes, strength and cardio rooms and an on-site spa. The property also boasts 50,000 square feet of amenity space with luxuries including a stainless-steel pool with in-lay lounge chairs, fire pits and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue grills. Residents also have access to a private theater, a 24-hour business center with conference room, and break-out spaces.
The community has residential events including complimentary club breakfasts, monthly resident receptions, and outdoor movie nights. If you can’t get enough shopping at the nearby mall (or the closer shops available at Town Center), the onsite resident service team will text you when your packages arrive.
