Find Your Way in Renaissance Park
In the past, visiting Renaissance Park and navigating the pedestrian and vehicular entrances has been a challenge due to outdated signage and the absence of clear directional information.
Soon, commuters traveling down Horizon Drive and Renaissance Boulevard will experience new and improved wayfinding signage to guide them through this sizable business park.
Completed in 2021, King of Prussia District’s Renaissance Park Stakeholder Engagement Study highlighted the need to improve wayfinding signage. King of Prussia District engaged D2 Branding to develop an exterior wayfinding and signage master plan for Renaissance Park. With the design guidelines completed in Spring 2022, the Renaissance Park gateway signs were installed later that year at the Renaissance Boulevard and Horizon Drive roadway entrances and the pedestrian entrance at Crooked Lane.
After a competitive bid process, King of Prussia District hired City Sign Service Inc. of Horsham, PA to construct and install last year’s gateway signs and this year’s directional signs. Twenty-one signs will replace the existing monument signs to identify locations of buildings at the driveways helping drivers, cyclists and pedestrians navigate the roadway network within this evolving mixed-use district. Clear signage will help Renaissance Park communicate the remarkable portfolio of commercial, industrial and (soon-to-be) residential tenants.
