As Williams Sonoma opens its new store Friday at the King of Prussia Town Center, the retail property has added four other tenants to its roster.
The new tenants include: Spavia Day Spa, which leased 2,461 square feet and will open in March; NovaCare Rehabilitation leased 1,564 square feet and is scheduled to open in June; and Kooma, an Asian-fusion will occupy 3,477 square feet next to Heart & Paw and will open in May.
Williams Sonoma occupies 6,000 square feet at a prime corner at the center’s Main Street and Market Street that is across from Wegmans and District Taco. It moved its store from the King of Prussia Mall to the King of Prussia Town Center.
The retail center totals 263,423 square feet. How much space remained to be leased couldn’t be determined but with the addition of the three other tenants, space is scarce. The center is 97% leased and just 7,896 square feet is vacant.
That location was deliberately saved until the end since it was considered one of the best and the face of the center’s Main Street. Other tenants in the center include Drybar, Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom Rack, and several fine dining and fast-casual restaurants.
While rents vary for different uses, the town center is getting in the vicinity of $50 a square foot.
CBRE Global Investors owns the shopping center.
