Now Open: Uma Cafe & Peruvian Restaurant
Some recipes are meant to be shared beyond the family table and now they are, thanks to the opening of family-owned Uma Café & Peruvian Restaurant!
The restaurant recently celebrated its grand opening, introducing the community to the bold flavors and rich culinary traditions of Peru.
Founded by a local husband-and-wife team, Uma Cafe was created to bring Peruvian food to a community where it was notably missing. Despite consistently ranking among the world’s top cuisines, Peruvian food had yet to find a home in King of Prussia. After living locally for several years, the owners saw an opportunity to share the dishes and traditions they grew up with.
The menu draws inspiration from traditional family recipes and Peru’s diverse cultural influences, offering food that is both comforting and full of vibrant flavor. Uma Cafe is a true small family business, with multiple generations involved and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects its roots.
Since its soft opening, the restaurant has steadily attracted diners familiar with Peruvian cuisine, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The team looks forward to introducing even more guests to the food and becoming a neighborhood favorite.
Uma Cafe & Peruvian Restaurant is active on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and is available for delivery through Grubhub and DoorDash.
Located at 3000 Valley Forge Circle, Suite 3150 in King of Prussia, Uma Cafe & Peruvian Restaurant is now open and serving the community.
