Can you start by sharing a bit about your personal journey as a founder and CEO?

My professional journey began as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army…an environment renowned for cultivating some of the most resilient and effective leaders. It was there that my leadership was tested and forged under pressure, grounded in integrity and shaped by unwavering standards of honor and respect. That experience not only sharpened my ability to lead with clarity and conviction but also set the stage for my transition into corporate America. Recruited by a headhunter specializing in junior military talent, I quickly recognized the demand for principled, action-oriented leaders. Corporations were eager to harness the discipline and leadership acumen of military officers, and I successfully leveraged those strengths to establish a solid management foundation and grow within the organizations I served.

I began my career in the medical device industry, where I spent 12 years developing a solid foundation in operations and leadership. In the late ’90s, I made a strategic pivot into the technology sector joining SAP located just 20 minutes from King of Prussia where my focus shifted to designing and configuring enterprise software solutions. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to deliver transformative business solutions across 27 industries around the world. This work gave me an unparalleled, end-to-end understanding of business operations spanning sales, finance, marketing, accounting, supply chain, procurement, HR and more. In fact, there’s virtually no line of business I haven’t touched in my three-decade career. I’ve been privileged to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the tech space and to witness, firsthand, the continuous wave of innovation that is reshaping how the world does business.

What inspired you to launch Transcend Solution Group?

The 34% collapse of USA small businesses by April 2021 in the wake of COVID-19 wasn’t just a crisis—it was a wake-up call. It exposed deep operational flaws that continue to threaten small businesses today: weak infrastructure, disjointed processes and limited visibility into the core of their operations. These failures weren’t just about the pandemic—they revealed vulnerabilities that still need urgent attention.

That’s why Transcend Solution Group (TSG) was founded. With a research-driven foundation and decades of corporate experience, we set out to solve the internal business inefficiencies that silently erode profitability in small businesses. Finance may appear to be the problem, but it’s often just a symptom. The real issue? A lack of clarity, consistency and control.

The future is incredibly bright. In just our first year—from April to December—we exceeded all performance targets and are already operating above our 2025 plan. Now, we’re focused on becoming the go-to partner for small businesses in KOP, known not just for results, but for transformation.

This will require smart branding, strategic marketing and above all, trust. Our credibility is growing, and so is our pipeline—because we do more than help companies make money. That’s incredible! What are some of your favorite things to do in the KOP area?

Eddie V’s is at the top of my list. When I’m not there, you’ll likely find me on a tennis court—early morning or late evening, I make time for the game. Also, I am a jazz bass player and occasionally perform with local bands. What I truly appreciate is how much KOP has to offer—vibrant recreation and a community spirit that’s genuinely welcoming and engaging with local officials is a pleasure, not a hassle. It’s a place where both individuals and businesses can prosper.

What advice would you give to someone who is considering King of Prussia as the location for their business?

If you’re looking for an affordable, business-friendly community with a strong sense of connection, King of Prussia is the place. The cost of doing business is reasonable and the relationships between local businesses are collaborative and welcoming. There’s a distinct energy here…whether you’re a customer, partner or vendor, it just feels good to do business.
