King of Prussia District’s Annual KOP Restaurant Week & KOP Shops for CHOP Raises $72,110 for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia

On Thursday, May 15, King of Prussia District, alongside Presenting Sponsor SERVPRO of King of Prussia, proudly presented Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) with a donation of $72,110—a 25% increase over last year’s total.
The second largest donation to date from this campaign was presented on behalf of participating restaurants, retailers and companies who participated in the 11th annual KOP Restaurant Week and KOP Shops for CHOP. These charitable initiatives bring together King of Prussia’s vibrant network of restaurants, retailers and businesses to support CHOP’s King of Prussia campus, which includes the Middleman Family Pavilion and the Specialty Care Center.
The 2025 campaign saw participation from 18 fine dining restaurants, 11 fast-casual eateries, 17 retailers and 16 businesses through the District’s Community Champions program. Beyond meals and shopping, the fundraising extended into creative, community-driven efforts, like raffles of donated gift cards and merchandise valued at over $6,000. The Upper Merion Area School District once again stepped up in a big way, hosting its popular Pajama Day on March 10 and raising more than $3,500 for CHOP. Another highlight of the campaign was the return of the Block Party for CHOP at King of Prussia Town Center on April 27. The event drew a crowd of 1,800 attendees—an impressive 64% increase in attendance from the previous year—and raised over $4,000 in just one day.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make this year’s campaign a tremendous success. The 2025 campaign was presented by SERVPRO of King of Prussia, and supported by Gold Sponsors AgileCat, AVE King of Prussia, Valley Forge Casino Resort, Valley Forge and Montgomery County, PA and WSFS Bank; In-Kind Sponsors Conlin’s Print and King of Prussia Town Center; and Reservation Partner OpenTable.
With this year’s donation, the King of Prussia community has now contributed $496,116 to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia over the past 11 years. We are incredibly proud of the collective impact made through this campaign and grateful to the restaurants, retailers, sponsors, school partners, residents and visitors who continue to show up with generosity and support. Together, we’re helping ensure CHOP can deliver world-class pediatric care to families across the region!
