Improved Wayfinding in Renaissance Park

Navigating suburban office parks can often be a challenge when signage doesn’t provide clear information. Now it’s easier to find your way through Renaissance Park with the addition of 21 new directional signs.

Updated wayfinding signage was an important recommendation identified in the 2021 Renaissance Park Stakeholder Engagement Study. As a result, King of Prussia District engaged D2 Branding to develop an exterior wayfinding and signage master plan for Renaissance Park. With the design guidelines completed in Spring 2022, King of Prussia District conducted a competitive bid process and hired City Sign Service Inc. of Horsham, PA to construct and install the proposed signs. Three gateway signs marking the vehicle and pedestrian entrances to the business park were installed at the end of 2022, and the latest round of directional signs were completed last month. This placemaking feature also showcases the remarkable portfolio of commercial and residential space evolving in Renaissance Park.
