The King of Prussia chain-food scene continues its expansion with Habit Burger Grill, which rolls out its first Philadelphia-area location at the King of Prussia Town Center on Wednesday, Aug. 30.
The eatery, set up on Village Drive near Mission BBQ, will hand out free char-grilled meals to the first 200 people starting at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29.
Habit Burger’s menu feature is the Charburger, which is grilled over an open flame, topped with cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce, and mayo, and served on a toasted bun.
Also available are salads, grilled sandwiches including line-caught, sushi grade albacore tuna; chicken; and marinated and grilled tri-tip; and sides including onion rings, sweet potato and regular fries, and tempura green beans. A comp condiment bar includes peppers, lemons, limes, and sauces.
Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Other Habit locations are on the way to 706 Haddonfield Rd. in Cherry Hill and 3371 Route 1 in Lawrence Township.
Also in the wings for the King of Prussia Town Center: MidiCi, a Neapolitan pizzeria; Founding Farmers, a farm-to-table American; and Choolaah, an Indian BBQ.
