Final Phase of Wayfinding in Renaissance Park
Navigating a maze of roads in a commercial district can be a challenge when signage doesn’t provide clear directional information.
Now, making your way through Renaissance Park is a whole lot easier, with the addition of new wayfinding signs along Renaissance Boulevard and Horizon Drive. To complete the project, King of Prussia District is installing 22 street address signs, replacing the dated stone piers scattered throughout the business park.
Updated wayfinding signage was an important recommendation from the 2021 Renaissance Park Stakeholder Engagement Study, that gathered stakeholder input on how to improve Renaissance Park. As a result, King of Prussia District engaged D2 Branding to develop an exterior wayfinding and signage master plan. With the design guidelines completed in Spring 2022, King of Prussia District conducted a competitive bid process and hired City Sign Service Inc. of Horsham, PA to construct and install the proposed signs. Three gateway signs marking the vehicle and pedestrian entrances to the business park were installed at the end of 2022 and 21 directional signs were completed last February. The new wayfinding project communicates a brand that is representative of the impressive portfolio of commercial and residential space evolving in Renaissance Park.
