Projects are sprouting up in Center City and across the region. It’s an exciting time.

The Philadelphia Business Journal each year honors the Best Real Estate Deals of the year – anything from building sales to renovations to project completions. Through an extensive nomination process, we endeavor to honor the deals with the highest impact on the region – the gamechangers, if you will.

In the gallery above, you will see the projects we will be honoring in the March 24 issue of the Business Journal. All of the details about those projects – and the reason they were selected – will be in that issue.

We will also be honoring all of the winners on March 21 at SugarHouse Casino. The 5 to 8 p.m. event will feature networking and cocktails while honoring the top real estate deals that took place in 2016 and reveal the winners of top categories such as Project of the Year, Office Sale of the Year, Best Residential Rehab and more.
