Public Notice
LEGAL NOTICE IS GIVEN that on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at the Upper Merion Township Building, located at 175 W. Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406, the Upper Merion Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to the Pennsylvania Neighborhood Improvement District Act, 73 P.S. § 831 et seq., to consider and act upon a Plan for the reestablishment and ten-year renewal of the King of Prussia Business Improvement District (“District”) for a period from May 27, 2025 through May 27, 2035, and the appointment and re-designation of the King of Prussia Business Improvement District, Inc., as the Neighborhood Improvement District Management Association, including but not limited to improvements, programs and services under the Plan. The purpose of the Hearing is to hear details of the Plan, receive public comment including from affected property owners within the District, and upon Board action to consider and approve the Plan as final, to begin a statutory 45-day objection period prior to final renewal and reestablishment of the District by Ordinance and pursuant to the Plan. The full text of the Plan is available for examination at the offices of the Times Herald, 390 Eagleview Blvd., Exton, PA 19341; at the office of the Township Secretary, 175 W. Valley Forge Rd, King of Prussia, Pa., during normal business hours, M-F, 8:15 AM to 5PM; and at the Montgomery County Law Library, 2 East Airy Street, Norristown, PA 19401, where it may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost of copies thereof.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at the scheduled Hearing.
