King of Prussia District was created for an initial five-year term in 2010, and renewed for an additional five-year term in 2015, by Upper Merion Township Municipal Ordinance to help improve the business climate in King of Prussia. In July 2019, King of Prussia District submitted this Request for Renewal to Upper Merion Township and stakeholders, and was renewed for an additional five years, from 2020-2025.
