Upper Merion Community Center
The Upper Merion Community Center is a 70,000 SF, open the public, state-of-the-art facility that offers a wide variety of classes, camps and activities. The center features an indoor track, group fitness rooms, multiple sport courts, meeting spaces and a cooking studio. The center also houses the 431 Art Gallery, which features work by artists from the Montgomery County Guild of Professional Artists.
Upper Merion Township Pool
The Upper Merion Township Pool is located on the same property as the Community Center and is open to people who live and/or work in Upper Merion. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, and is only open on the weekends while Upper Merion schools are still in session. Community Center passholders enjoy a discount on pool membership.
Senior Service Center
The Upper Merion Senior Service Center strives to provide a multiuse environment for physical, educational and recreational activities for the senior residents of the Township.
Upper Merion Area Community Cupboard
The Upper Merion Area Community Cupboard (UMACC) is open to anyone who lives within the bounds of the Upper Merion Area School District and is hungry or food insufficient. The UMACC is a collaborative and empathetic community response of Upper Merion schools, municipalities, businesses, communities of faith and caring neighbors to strengthen the most vulnerable neighbors through food supplementation.
Upper Merion Community Garden at Sunny Hill Farm
Founded in 2018, across the street from the Township Building, the community garden's focus is to provide a collaborative and community garden space for residents in order to share produce with those in need and provide education to reconnect residents with the process of sustainable, organic gardening. The garden features sixty 10’ by 10’ garden plots and is part of the non-profit Upper Merion Township Foundation.
Upper Merion Park Partners
Upper Merion Park Partners is a program to provide residents, organizations and businesses with opportunities to protect and enhance the Township’s 35 parks and open spaces, as well as educate people about the importance of parks and open spaces.
