Get in the Game: Adult Sports Leagues in Upper Merion

Looking for a fun way to unwind after work, connect with coworkers and spark a little friendly competition with other King of Prussia companies?
Upper Merion Township Parks & Recreation has you covered with a lineup of adult sports leagues designed to bring people together on both the court and field.
Adult leagues are held at the Upper Merion Community Center and local township parks, making it easy to get active close to home or work. Registration for Fall Programs, including the Adult Basketball Leagues, is now live through CommunityPass, and programs run through December. The Winter/Spring season runs January through May with basketball, volleyball and softball on the roster. If there’s a sport you’d love to see offered, Parks & Rec is open to new ideas.
Joining a league is about more than the scoreboard. These games are a chance to blow off steam, cheer each other on and build connections outside of the office. When local companies face off it also creates a sense of community that extends well beyond the workday.
The Upper Merion Community Center also offers affordable memberships open to residents and non-residents alike, open gym hours and a wide variety of programs beyond fitness. It’s a welcoming space where you can find everything from wellness activities to family-friendly fun.
Adult sports leagues are a win-win. They boost morale, encourage healthy habits and give employees something to look forward to during the week. Whether your team wants to spike a volleyball, hit the softball diamond or shoot some hoops, these leagues offer the perfect mix of exercise, social time and lighthearted competition.
