Stillpoint Yoga Studio’s 6-week Beginner Series with Kate Goodyear is the perfect place to start learning about yoga practice. You will work on the FUNdamentals of the postures, breath and philosophy of yoga to help you transition into the regular Vinyasa classes with ease. This is also a great way to refresh if you’ve been away from the practice for a while or to learn how to work your way into yoga if you have injuries. No experience required! Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle and mat. This series has limited spots open and is expected to sell out, please sign up in advance! Cost is $120, which includes the 6 week Beginner Series with Kate and 5 free classes to use from the regular schedule during the course series.
