The food lineup for the new connector between the Court and Plaza at King of Prussia is gradually coming together, as construction is underway for August openings of about 50 stores.
Shake Shack, as mentioned previously, will opening its second KoP Mall location there.
Newly announced are a few other chains – two of which are native New Yorkers, as is Shake Shack:
Hai Street Kitchen & Co, conceived by the Philly-based Genji, will be a Japanese-casual eatery serving sushi burritos, bowls and specialty sauces, made in-house daily. It’s an offshoot of the ones in Rittenhouse and University City, as well as a brand-new food truck. A New York location opens March 18.
New York’s Nicoletta Pizzeria, driven by chef Michael White, will serve pizzas, pastas, and gelati.
New York’s Melt Shop specializes in comfort food (grilled cheese, shakes).
