This 2020 report focuses primarily on the 18 multifamily rental and two (2) owner-occupied properties located within King of Prussia District’s boundaries, and uses data gathered from property manager interviews, CoStar, Montgomery County Planning Commission, Montgomery County Board of Assessment Appeals and development representatives.

King of Prussia District Request for Renewal

King of Prussia District was created for an initial five-year term in 2010, and renewed for an additional five-year term in 2015, by Upper Merion Township Municipal Ordinance to help improve the business climate in King of Prussia. In July 2019, King of Prussia District submitted this Request for Renewal to Upper Merion Township and stakeholders, and was renewed for an additional five years, from 2020-2025.
